Love of cooking......

Angelina's love of food is in her blood. Her Pop Braca owned and operated the Braca Cafe in Sea Isle City as well as other establishments. Angelina's love of cooking began at the tender age of three. She would stand on a chair and soak in the cooking wisdom of her mother, grandmother and aunts. Angelina credits her wonderful techniques, as well as her creativity in the kitchen, from her family. Her cooking point of view is Family Style. Angelina is happiest in her kitchen with the help of her children! She hopes to share family recipes and traditions as well as experiment with new ones!
